Refund policy

At SIX-37 HOME, we take pride in our products and all orders are carefully inspected when they are packaged and shipped to you.  

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. We do not cover return shipping costs for returns or exchanges and refunds may take 24 to 48 hours to process. Merchandise must be returned in unused, and in new and  original condition.

We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery. We reserve the right to ask you to return your unused product for a full refund of your purchase price.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale, clearance items, or special order/personalized items.
